Dorothy's Story
Dorothy’s Bakery is named in honor of owner Brian’s grandmother, Dorothy, who inspired and encouraged his love for baking from an early age. A constant source of warmth and light in his life, Dorothy’s influence continues to shape the spirit of the bakery. The new space is dedicated to her — designed to feel welcoming, bright, and filled with the same care she shared in her own kitchen.
